The Recorder's Office accepts cash or check only — no credit or debit cards. Recording fees are based on page count: $24.00 for the first page and $3.00 for each additional page per document (standard 8½ x 11 size). Two public computer search stations are available at the office for searching real estate records from April 1985 to the present. Records predating April 1985 are available in physical index books.
