The Missouri Case.net portal gives the public free access to court case information statewide, including Marion County. Hannibal Municipal Court is presided over by Judge Donald M. Bastian. The business office is open Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with court hearings held on Wednesdays. The Palmyra Municipal Court handles ordinance violations for the City of Palmyra.
